SMARTS-Training® (Self-Motivated Anger Release Tools and Strategies) is an 8-lesson Anger Management Program designed to motivate a person to want to change their destructive expressions of anger. Fine-tuned and perfected over the past twenty years, the program was originally developed by Michael Speakman for the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, AZ.
The program has always required a trained instructor in the past, but this new video format of the training eliminates that need and expense without sacrificing the effectiveness of the program.
The SMARTS-Training® 1 Video Program includes eight (8) DVD videos, three (3) Habit-Changer Tools, and a workbook that can be reproduced. The Program can be administered by a staff member or volunteer who simply distributes the workbooks, takes attendance, collects the course evaluation questionnaires, and turns the video on and off.
The program can be sent to your facility for a free 60-day pre-purchase evaluation.
